2 bedroom, comfortably furnished home by the sea overlooking Shipwreck bay & 90 Mile beach. 5 mins drive from the township of Ahipara and 5 mins walk from the beach. Famous surf breaks only minutes away, great fishing and swimming beaches just down the road.

Plenty of outdoor living with lots of decking both out the front and back of the house as well as lovely landscaped gardens and plentiful herb garden and fruit trees at the back door. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances. This is our principal home not a beach house so very well equipped. Gas bbq on the front deck, outdoor furniture and outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Uninterrupted sea views as far as the eye can see.
