Bedroom/s - #1
The bedroom has a strong sildent air-conditioner and features a king bed, a nice big closet containing an iron and ironing board and an electronic safe;  there is also a mirror table with a stool.
Bathroom/s - #1
The bathroom is a good size with an open shower, toilet facility and an old-fashioned washstand with modern sink vessel and fixtures.  Towel sets and beach towels are provided.  An umbrella and two small portable beach chairs are also available.
Kitchen
The kitchen is also in the main room and features a gas stove, a good size fridge with inside icemaker, kitchen tools, knives, dishes including bakeware, stainless steel pots and pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, blender and a small food processor.   In addition, there is a cooler that can be taken to the beach.  A dining table with 4 chairs are part of the kitchen area. 
Lounge / dining
The lounge is in the main room and has a comfortable sofa (bed), a large arm chair, TV, DVD (American system), CD player and a coffee table.  There is also a connection to high speed wireless internet and a cell phone is provided on arrival.
Outside features
The balcony faces the lake and has a large gas BBQ, sitting area for 4 and a double hammock.
Other features

There is a small swimming pool, a row boat and fishing rods.

Tour and trip services, car rentals, restaurant bookings, etc., etc, are provided by the owners.  Weddings can be arranged.
