"Emerald Pearl" is the only 3 Bed Apartment with its own large private Pool. A newly built development on the westcoast of Barbados. Summerland is located two miles south of Sandy Lane and within close proximity to The Cliff and Calabaza restaurants.

Summerland is comprised of two buildings, one behind the other. “Emerald Pearl” is located in the first building on the ground floor and has partial sea views. Summerland is within walking distance to the beach (directly across the road).

A Housekeeper is provided 6 mornings a week.
