Booking Terms and Conditions
01. The owner reserves the right to alter the rates without notice, unless a deposit has been paid.
02. A deposit of over 20% is required on booking, balance to be paid 56 days prior to arrival.
03. Deposits are not refundable on cancellation.
04. If the rental is not taken up and the house could not be re-let for the period, the rent will be retained.
05. The house will be used only as a holiday home and will not be sublet or used for any other purpose than agreed by the owner.
06. The client must agree to cause no annoyance to neighbours and adhere to all safety and security precautions as would be required by insurance policies covering the property.
07. No animals are allowed in the property or garden.
08. The house furniture and effects must be left in good order as seen by our representative. Any damage incurred by the client must be paid for on departure.
09. The house must be vacated by midday on the last day of rental.
10. The rental is for eight persons maximum unless otherwise agreed by the owner.
11. The client is advised to take insurance cover for travel, health, death, disablement, cancellation etc. as the owner has no insurance responsibility.
12. The telephone is available for local calls only.
13. Minimum booking 7 days or multiples thereof.
14. Should the client wish to cancel, the full rental will be payable unless the owner is able to relet the villa for the same fee less expenses.
