  • One double bed to master with sufficient room for a cot (which is available) or another  bed, en-suite facilities and air conditioning.
  • Ground floor twin bedroom. with air conditioning and the position as such directly adjacent to the main bathroom almost provides an en-suite facility.
  • Adjacent single bedroom.
  • First floor twin bedroom with an adjacent gallery seating area which can be used to provide sleeping accomodation for three further people, sofabed and Z-bed.
  • This first floor area provides access to the upper terrace which is ideal for "private sunbathing" and has panoramic views along the coast and mountain range.
  • Main bedrooms - Air conditioning, hair drier, fans, mosquito nets over beds and on window shutters, dressing table/mirror and ample wardrobe space.

  • The kitchen window directly overlooks the sea and views to the north,  which on clear days can be seen the main Turkish coastline.

  • This room is very spacious and provides direct access to the patio and pool areas, the dining area is situated to one end directly opposite the kitchen.
  • The patio area is equiped with table and chairs and conveniently situated overlooking the pool where you can keep a watchful eye on the youngsters.
  • The first floor area is accessed off the lounge via. a marble staircase.

  • Pool area - Sufficient loungers/sunbeds with cushions, barbeque, table and chairs for dining, private secluded garden with fruit trees and flower beds, own driveway in the shade.
