A large detached 3-bedroom villa with private pool. Built on two floors, the villa has an open rooftop area that is ideal for private sunbathing. Located near the Golden Coast Marina and local beach.
Detached 3 bedroom holiday villa with pool in Pernera near Protaras. A short walk to the marina and beach by the Golden Coast Hotel. There is a bar and taverna within a couple of minutes as well as a small supermarket. The resort of Pernera with shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance although car hire is recommended to explore further afield.
The villa has a kidney shaped pool and sunbeds are provided. There is a BBQ and paved terraces. The villa has an open rooftop area which is ideal for private sunbathing.
There is a well-equipped kitchen and separate cloakroom.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king-size bed and en-suite facilities. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. An extra bed/cot and high chair can be provided if required for a small supplement.
Air conditioning is optional and costs 4.50 euros per unit per day.
