The Republic of Cyprus (southern) is the Greek Cypriot part and consists of the regions such as Paphos, Limassol and Larnaca. If it is culture, history, archaeology, walking or cycling you enjoy then Cyprus is definitely a place you would want to visit, it is also home to nine of UNESCO's (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage listed sites.

Paphos, steeped in history and situated on the south west coast of the island Paphos was in ancient times the capital. The Tombs of the Kings is the most popular and certainly the most impressive attraction here.
