Bedroom/s - #3
  • All bedrooms have comfortable beds, soft pillows and co-ordinating duvets / curtains.
  • The front bedroom has a double bed and single bed making a double, family or twin room. It also has its own portable TV. The back bedroom has a romantic double 4-poster bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a clock/radio. This bedroom could also take a cot, if required.  The third bedroom has a single bed which has a smaller bed (5’ 10”) underneath and a travel cot if needed, making it ideal for a single person or two small children.
Bathroom/s - #1
  • The luxurious bathroom has been recently refurbished.
  • There is a power shower over the bath and the whole room fully tiled and fitted out.   The towel rail is always warm as it runs off the hot water system as well as the central heating. There is an additional toilet downstairs for your convenience.  
Kitchen
  • The kitchen is very well equiped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. 
  • There is a washing machine and tumble drier, a new gas cooker with double oven and grill, a microwave and a separate fridge and freezer.   
  • There is a CD/radio/cassette to entertain you whilst cooking. If you feel so inclined there is also an iron and ironing-board! The kitchen overlooks the garden and is light and airy.  
Lounge / dining
  • The lounge dining room has TV and DVD and is comfortably furnished with sofa, arm chairs and dining table for six people.  
  • There are books and games for all the family. The dining area opens out into a south-facing sunroom which is ideal for enjoying peace and quiet overlooking the garden. It is the perfect place to enjoy a casual breakfast or a leisurely read and catch the early morning or late evening sun.
Outside features
  • Delightful enclosed south-facing garden 
  • The cottage is situated in a small traffic-free close with ample parking. The front gardens are communal and laid to lawn. The property overlooks a magnificent old pine tree - hence the name.  
  • At the back of the property there is a small enclosed garden. This is private and secure. It is mainly laid to patio with a raised deck area. There are some attractive bushes and plants as well as garden furniture for six and a sun umbrella. 
  • There is a gate at the end of the garden, offering access into another road where you can also park or walk easily to the village or enjoy the many delightful walks along the Danestream and out to the coastal paths.
