Bedroom/s - #3
  • The master bedroom has a double bed, single bed & cot.  There is a colour TV with freeview box.  This bedroom is reached through the twin bedroom.
  • The 2nd bedroom is twin bedded.
  • The 3rd bedroom is a bunk room with full sized bunks.
  • (NB - there is also a bed-settee in the downstairs lounge.  This is not intended to increase the numbers accommodated but merely to give more flexibility of sleeping arrangements)
Bathroom/s - #1
  • There is 1 family bathroom (newly refurbished) which is upstairs.  There is a bath with shower over & a washbasin.
  • There is a heated towel rail.
  • The toilet is separate, just along the corridor (upstairs).
  • There is also an extra small toilet situated downstairs (between the entrance door & the staircase).  Access is not easy but it is useful for children.
Kitchen
  • The kitchen has recently been refurbished.  It is fully equipped with full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. 
  • There is a breakfast bar which seats 4 people.
Lounge / dining
  • The lounge/dining room has 2 sofas (along with a couple of bean bags if children prefer them).
  • The dining table seats 6 people.
  • There is a colour TV with DVD player & Video player. 
  • There is also a CD player/radio.
  • Free broadband wifi access is available for your laptop.
Outside features
  • The property is set in half acre of gardens, mainly lawns with flower borders.
  • The large games barn has a skittle alley, pool table, table tennis table, dart board & childrens toys.
  • There is plenty of parking.  
  • There are swings (1 child & 1 baby). 
  • There is a summerhouse with garden furniture.
  • There is a football net with an area for children's ball games.
  • There are many garden tables & chairs & picnic tables around the garden.
  • There is a BBQ
  • Guests can store their mountain bikes in the Games Barn when not in use.
Other features
  • There is an outside laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier & rotary clothes line for all to use.
  • This room as a sink suitable for cleaning muddy boots etc.
  • There is also a toilet in the laundry room.
  • There is an outside hose.
  • There is a lovely pub/restaurant nearby (children welcome)
  • Both cottage wings are often booked together for extended family groups.  This works really well as the lounge in Little Thatch has a large dining table (seating 8+).  Also, the games barn is a great place for a get-together.
