Various walks from the cottage on old footpaths around nearby woods. Comprising living room with fitted kitchen, + dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dining table and chairs, settee and armchair.TV and DVD player.

Double bedroom with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Twin bedroom, 2 single beds with seperate shower, toilet and basin. Mezzanine with 2 additional single beds. Bed linen provided. Central heating throughout.

Large enclosed garden, BBQ, 2 sun terraces with furniture. The beautiful lake at Sillé le Guillaume is 10 mins by car, ideal for safe swimming, picnics, sandcastles and all the watersports.
