Fanes Village is well known for its spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, the crystal clear sea & the quiet, isolated beach dotted with Tamarisk trees giving some natural shade. There are a couple of tavernas on the beach.
Windsurfing & kite surfing are hugely popular here, given the wide flat sands & the northerly exposure.Fanes is an area of Rhodes that is largely untouched as far as tourism goes & there are no large hotels to spoil the pleasant way of life that has existed here for many hundreds of years. Most parts of Fanes are still highly agricultural, with many fields & private plantations where farmers grow fruits & vegetables.
Our villas are located on the hillside above the village centre. A peaceful location that offers stunning scenery & views over the countryside & the sea. On a clear day you can see Turkey & some of the smaller islands that are dotted around the Turkish coast. Fanes offers a peaceful & relaxing holiday for couples, groups & families alike.
