There are two large double bedrooms, which can both be made up as either an extremely large double bed or two 3 ft singles, which are suitable and comfortable for both adults and children.

Both rooms come complete with a range of built in wardrobes and storage.

The main bedroom which overlooks the swimming pools has an ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom comes complete with a balcony which overlooks the golf course.

Both rooms come complete with air conditioning, which can be used for heating in the cooler winter months. 

Good quality bedding is provided.

There are two bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite to the main bathroom which comes complete with bath and shower over. A sink with marble surround, toilet and bidet and lots of storage.

The second bathroom comes with walk in shower, sink with marble surrond and toilet.

Good quality towels of a decent size are provided!

There is a fully fitted kitchen offering all modern facilities complete with Bosch appliances.

This includes oven and grill with a large gas hob. Dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

The cupboards are full with all the necessary china and glass etc. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are all provided.

There is also a small bar table and two stools.

Two large glass sliding doors lead onto the utility area complete with washer/dryer and drying area. There is also an ironing board & iron.

There is a good sized lounge dining area, which includes a large glass dining table and 6 leather chairs. This leads through to the lounge area which has two leather sofa's, one of which opens up into a good sized double sofa bed.

Flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD player. We provide a large selection of DVD's suitable for all ages, a number of games and paperback books.

There is a large balcony area reached from the lounge, this is complete with a table and six comfortable chairs, and overlooks the swimming pool area.

There is a lovely main swimming pool set in attractive landscapped grounds, complete with sun loungers. There is a jacuzzi adjacent to the main pool, together with a small seperate childrens pool and an outside shower.

This a gated complex so very secure for children

The apartment is an easy 20 min drive from Faro Airport, which is served by several of the budget airlines. Private transfer can be pre-arranged.

This area is a golfers paradise with several international standard courses including the Victoria course where the Portuguese Masters is currently held.
