Extra pricing information
- A 25% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance and security deposit of £150 payable 8 weeks before departure. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of the holiday, subject to any deductions for damages.
- Payment can be made by cheque or direct bank transfer.
- Discounts may be available where two of more weeks ate taken together, please ask for details.
- Discounts will be given for longer lets out of the main season.
- We always try and be as flexible as possible with start days and length of let.
- We can provide a cot for an infant up to 2 years at £15.00 per week.
- We do provide a welcome pack at no extra cost to help get through the first day.
- The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis, all linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
