Comfortable, very well-equipped 2 bedroomed apartment - part of a small complex with a beautifully kept pool/restaurant area, 3km from Albufeira Old Town.Within walking distance of stunning beaches & Albufeira Marina.Close to Golf & many attractions.
Our lovely 1st floor apartment is on small complex alongside private villas 3km west of Albufeira Old Town next to open countryside. A ten minute walk along the coastal footpaths will take you to a series of sandy coves and beautiful beaches each with a bar and restaurant.
There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Our apartment is about 6 years old and is tiled throughout. It is comfortable and well-equipped. The 2nd bedroom which also has a small sitting area is on a mezzanine level above the living area.
The living area is spacious and airy. The lounge/diner and master bedroom have heaters and there is a log-burning stove within a marble fireplace which can be used during the winter months. Patio doors lead onto a south facing balcony which overlooks the pool and restaurant and has a lovely sea view.
Use of the swimming pool is included and the tennis court is available at a small charge, payable locally. We have tennis racquets that guests may use
