  • There is an air-conditioned unit in the bedroom, for summer use. In the winter, heaters will be provided, if requested by the clients.

  • Kitchen is fully equipped, including combined fridge/freezer, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, grill, microwave, oven, washer/dryer machine, sink with drainer, toaster, kettle, etc.

  • Living area seating for 4 people, CD player, DVD, radio, 28" Television, cable TV, stereo system, desk, DSL internet access and cable TV.
  • 1 Double sofa bed in the lounge.
  • In the dining area you will find table and chairs to seat 4 persons.

  • Private terrace: Night lighting, table with 4 chairs.
  • Communal area: Big garden with a lot of green area, for sun bathing or just relaxing, shower and swimming pool (note: the pool in the picture does not belong to the block, beeing the view from our balcony; our pool is placed in a lateral area).

  • Ironing board and iron.
  • Towels and linen included, with a once a week change.Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
