An established, 3-bedroom villa, with a large kitchen/diner, and spacious living room leading directly onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. There is one double bedroom and two twin-bedrooms, one family bathroom and one shower room.

An established, 3 bedroom villa, with all rooms on a split-level ground floor. The villa comprises of a large kitchen/diner, and spacious living room on the upper level at the rear of the property, leading directly onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Also on the upper level is one twin bedroom, adjacent to the shower room, and leading off the shower room is the utility room. On the lower level is the master bedroom and further twin bedroom, separated by the family bathroom.
The terrace hosts a table and benches to seat 6 people for dining, and a smaller table and chairs for relaxing. Outside there is a large swimming pool, with plenty of room for sunbathing on the loungers, barbecue, and an alfresco dining area beneath the shade of the tree.
