Overview
A modern 3-bed villa with private pool, set in an elevated position enjoying panoramic views towards the sea and the Calpe Rock. A short drive away is the town with its two lovely sandy beaches, numerous bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The villa is entered by a flight of steps leading up to a covered Naya with table and chairs. Inside, all windows are fitted with Mosquito screens and there are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Gas fired radiators are fitted in all rooms for winter rentals, there is also an open fire in the lounge.
Parking is on the road or drive.
The property is suitable for children of all ages (a cot can be provided) but is not suitable for the disabled as there is no wheelchair access.
