Casa Martinique, set amongst the Orange Groves of the Valencia Region

Situated amongst the Orange Groves & Vineyards of the Valencia Region, Casa Martnique can be found just outside the delightful town of Monserrat.

We are only 10 minutes from the A7 Motorway and 25 minutes from Valencia Airport.

We originally bought Casa Martinique 4 years ago, and moved here permanently in September 2005 when we decided to reform the annex and turn it into a fully self contained unit. It now has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower room and toilet. The apartment has it's own private patio area, with table and chairs, perfect for taking a shaded break under a beautiful palm tree. And of course, where better to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner than in the fresh air?
