Overview
Los Olivos has genuine character & charm complemented by comfortable furniture throughout. The villa is all on 1 level. The large 3 arched covered terrace runs the full length of the house & overlooks the big private pool (10 x 5m).
Entrance into the accommodation is from the 'naya' into a spacious lounge/dining room. From here a door takes you through to an unusually large walled courtyard, with lemon tree; a place which gives you total privacy in which to sunbathe or just relax undisturbed. On the other side of the dining area is the kitchen on the right. To the left is a passageway which leads to the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and an en suite shower room.
Outdoors, adjacent to the naya is the private pool surrounded by terracing , complete with an open sided casita for shade if required. From here the remains of the evening sun can be enjoyed with lovely views of the Montgo as a backdrop. The garden is enclosed and gated for seclusion.
Suitability: children not allowed, pets not allowed, suitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.
