  • Walking down you enter the pool area where you plunge in the amazing black tiled triple-sided infinity edge pool. On the left side you will find 2 bedrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs. Both designed with a romantic oval shaped Terrazzo bath tub and a separate shower. The en-suite bathrooms are decorated with black and creme colored nature stone tiles. Each bedroom has its own private balcony.
  • Leaving the living room to the pool terrace, you have access to the third bedroom with its own private terrace. This room only has a shower, we say only, but taking a shower here you will enjoy the complete surrounding view.
  • All bedrooms are provided with individually controlled air-condition, TV and DVD player. The master bedroom is completed with a private safe

  • Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
  • Pool towels are provided and replenished as deemed necessary

    • The kitchen is fully equipped for you or our Thai Chef to prepare all meals.Both villas boast a large 44" TV, home theatre, DVD player and satellite channels offering a very own private cinema with the most amazing open views all around.
    • Due to the steps to access Ban Lim Pa, the lower villa is not recommended to the physically challenged and elderly guests

    • Right from the lower bedroom you will find the spacious living and dining area. The perfect place for a romantic dinner or get together, this room offers modern lounge sofas and chairs, a large dining table to enjoy dinner and drinks until late in the night and direct access to the pool.

    • The Villa has modern yet comforting furnishings that give you a welcoming ambience. You are spoilt in the choice where to relax at any particular time of the day either on the upper open-air lounge terrace, the TV room or just around the swimming pool.
