Avillarentals is a family partnership, that although relatively new is a part of The Carp Group of Businesses, that was established in 1992.

The company owns property in Spain, Portugal and Cyprus. We have now developed the business having seen the potential, into an advertising website that allows people to manage their own property, simply and efficiently online at a low annual cost.

Direct experience has given us an insight into the pitfalls of renting property abroad. We now feel that we are in a very strong position to offer a professional and stress free service, to enable you to make and control your own bookings from anywhere in the world.
